From the article on (Rifts) Semjac, Canada in Rifter #71 & 72 Really not working that hard into the story of the article, but the notion of a D'Norr "Devilwoman" running a Saloon in a small developing town in Ottowa just made for a great image idea.

Mixed sci-fi/fantasy & a touch of modern geek culture by giving her one of those tiny top hats that are so popular at cons & such now.
