Rifts: Cross-Counter

Unused piece for Palladium's Shemarrian Nation release. Nice & action-y, but a bit too cartoon-y and cheesecake-y.

Of course, a hallmark of anime is superhuman punches that mash up the heroes faces, only to be back to normal in the next screen. If the start of a sequence, this bit of slo-mo would then be followed with flurry of punches and grunts a la DBZ.

The Shemarrians are a race of cybernetic d-bees (dimensional beings) with a major hate for the Splugorth, their slaver Minions, and their blind Altaran bodyguards. So fights between the two factions on Rifts Earth can get a little... "personal".
